30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy for our digital proxy services. You have 30 days after your bandwidth is added to your account to request a refund for any unused traffic.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used bandwidth (only unused traffic is refundable)
  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Services terminated due to Terms of Service violations

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review your account usage and notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
